Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- None

New items:

Mike said that changes will be marked in future IQ spec versions:
- The MSWord change tracking facility will be used
- Previous changes will be accepted before starting a new version.
- This should help make changes more visible, eliminating the need for
  verbal recap at subsequent meetings.
- Roy suggested taking "wordsmithing" offline.

Roy may have to miss some calls due to a contract engagement.

JEITA comments on IQ specification:
- We reviewed comments 6 through 10 of IBISQualityJPcomment20070914v2.xls
- There was some confusion about some questions.
  - We will try to get clarification.
- Comments 11-20 can not be addressed until we review those.

AR: Mike ask David Banas to write a response email to JEITA.

Mike is unable to meet Oct 16, so we will move that meeting to Wed Oct 17.
